I approached various different companies, in the hope of getting a few quotes and comparisons of products available. Of those contacted, one fobbed me off on the phone almost straight away.
I was pleasantly surprised on contacting Shadeform, initially by email, to have an immediate acknowledgement of the correspondence. Cath Ewens phoned me shortly after, and followed up with a series of emails with extensive information on your range of products and approximate estimated costs.
Phil was a great & honest salesman, we opted for his quote as basically we trusted the information he gave.
John and Tony were really good too, they sure know their product like it's their own.

In business, this kind of approach should be pretty standard procedure, however these days it often seems to be the exception rather than the norm. So I would like to thank all of you, not forgetting staff who manufacture the sails as well, for your "exceptional" Customer Service,

It's rare you make one phone call these days and have the job done at the right price and perfectly executed. Shadeform Sales did exactly that. Phil visited our home, measured everything, explained the process and the whole project went according to plan. On time and to perfection. The depth of the post holes was astonishing because they wanted strength to support what is a small shade sail. We highly recommend using Shadeform for your shade sail projects. I’m really happy with my experience with Shadeform. Very happy with the quality. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time, which meant I could get to work on time. They worked in some difficult conditions – my house is a new build and the backyard is pretty much clay and mud. It turns into a swamp in winter! They installed the posts and then put in the extra time to clean up the mud/footprints from the driveway and around the backyard. I really appreciate their effort.

The sails have exceeded our expectations and we're wrapped with them. I've attached a selection of pics before installation and with the sails retracted and extended. Yesterday was great weather and an example of why we wanted the sails. It was 28/29 degrees with a 10km/h breeze. With the sails retracted, the glass top of the outdoor setting was 41 deg! With the sails extended, the table was 29 deg. We now have an outdoor area we can actually sit at in the middle of the day. We couldn't do that before.

We are most impressed with the quality of the product as well as the skill of your installers, who despite experiencing some difficulties, worked steadily at all times and maintained their sense of humour at all times.
As you now we had received quotes for adjustable metal shutters and were staggered by the cost. The beauty of your adjustable shades is that they have a much softer look, offer easy adjustment to accomodate very sunny or cloudier days, require no electrical work and are extremely easy to operate.
